TTA Training Team Member News: Spring 2015 Bulletin.

The key to successful logistics training is passion and dedication.

That’s TTA’s firm belief. However, we don’t simply have a passion for the industry: we’re also passionate about the people who work in the industry. Over the years we’ve come to understand that the Logistics Industry will only thrive and prosper if the people involved in the industry receive the best possible training and instruction. That’s why we’re committed to recruiting and developing people both young and old, and advocating the need for a formalised and clear path for both new and existing employers.

Our aim in all of this is quite simple: to inspire, develop and train individuals to achieve their learning aims. This approach not only leads to a more positive and professional image for the Logistics Industry, but also to a better trained and well-qualified workforce. Our approach doesn’t just bring benefits for the individual: it also is good for business too. Well-trained and highly-qualified staff deliver better quality provision and look after customers better. To that end we practice what we preach. We apply these same principles to our own staff training, and we’re confident our success stories will inspire other businesses to do the same.
