TTA Awarded Matrix Standard Accreditation.

Logistics Training Organisation, TTA, is delighted to announce that it has been awarded matrix Standard accreditation.

Naturally we are delighted to receive this accreditation, as the matrix Standard is the nationally recognised quality standard for any organisation that delivers information, advice and guidance on learning or work.

So what exactly is the matrix Standard?

Well, it’s the unique quality framework for the effective delivery of information, advice and/or guidance that supports individuals in their choice of career, learning, work and life goals. The Standard promotes the delivery of high-quality information, advice and guidance by ensuring that organisations review and develop their services, and that they encourage the take-up of professionally-recognised qualifications and the continuous professional development of their staff.

The purpose of the matrix Standard is to provide a bench mark for Training Providers, Universities, Further/Higher Education Colleges, Schools and Academies, Sole Traders, Next Step Providers, Voluntary and Community organisations and private businesses to assess and measure their advice and support services, which ultimately supports individuals in their choice of career, learning, work and life goals.

The Standard consists of four elements that organisations must adhere to when seeking accreditation: leadership and management, resource, service delivery and continuous quality improvement. Each element contains criteria which must be met in order to achieve the Standard. However, the Standard is flexible and non-prescriptive and allows organisations to provide a range of outcome-based evidence to demonstrate the effectiveness of their services.

“Being awarded the matrix Standard accreditation is a fantastic achievement for TTA and we are absolutely delighted with the award. However, as delighted as we are with this accreditation, we don’t see this as an end in itself: as far as we’re concerned this is just the beginning. We remain firmly committed to the continuous professional development of our staff and continuous quality improvement.”

Rachael Scanlin, Commercial Business and Development Director.
