Empowering People To Be The Very Best They Can Be: TTA Awarded IIP Standard Accreditation.

Logistics Training Organisation, TTA, is delighted to announce that it has been accredited with Investors in People (I.I.P.) Core Standard.

This award naturally means a great deal to us, but why are we so excited and pleased with this award? Well, it’s simply because the IIP Standard is a respected and universally acknowledged stamp of quality which shows your employees you care and are committed to staff development and bringing out the best in people, and it shows your customers you are different and are committed to winning their respect and loyalty. What’s more the IIP Standard also demonstrates to your competitors that you’re committed to maintaining high standards and striving for continual development and growth.

The Investors in People Standard tells you what good people management looks like. Defined and set by business leaders, it’s a series of 39 key markers that organisations must measure up against if they are to find and realise the full potential of their people.

The IIP Standard is a benchmark for best practice which says something about you.

It recognises your commitment to developing your people and shows your ambition, drive and focus to the rest of the world.

Covering everything from business planning and leadership to management effectiveness and performance measurement, the Standard offers a series of outcomes for companies and organisations to work towards. What makes it especially useful is its flexibility, because it means you can tailor how you meet each outcome to fit with your own unique business goals.

“Being granted the Investors in People Standard award is a fantastic achievement for TTA. We’re delighted to be recognised in this way for the skills and commitment of our staff to continuous improvement. We know TTA is a great place to work, and we’re pleased that our staff feel the same way too. But as delighted as we are with the award, we don’t see this as the end: as far as we’re concerned this is just the beginning. TTA intends to reach higher and achieve more in the years to come, and we will hopefully go on to achieve a Gold level of accreditation next time round.”

Rachael Scanlin, Commercial Business and Development Director.
